Dr. Rania Sawalhi co-founded Eduenterprise, a non-profit organization based in the USA which works with institutions and individuals to develop innovative educational leadership solutions and enhance individual and institutional educational capacities.

Khair Jalees-Allemni

Dr. Rania Sawalhi has been a co-leader of the initiative since 2013 and played a key role in establishing a reading group specifically tailored for educators (Alumni).

Injaz Qatar Ambassador (2016-2020)

INJAZ Qatar partners together with the local business community, corporate volunteers and educators to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in the global economy. Dr. Rania worked with several groups and one of her teams won an award in company program.

ICSEI_ELN Co-coordinator (2021-current)

The Educational Leadership Network is for leaders at all levels: in practice, policy and research. The network is open to everyone interested in matters of management and leadership in the educational realm.

Qatar Red Crescent (2016-current), MHPSS team leader

QRCS launched MHPSS team in 2018  where Dr. Rania Sawalhi partciapted in leading the team during COVID-19 and many other tasks.

WomenEdMENA-C0founder

Participated in establishing the WomenEd network in MENA to support women's educational leadership and organized several activities and partnerships.
