About
With over two decades of experience in K-12 and higher education, Dr. Sawalhi has excelled in diverse roles such as teacher, vice principal, principal, strategic manager, researcher, and lecturer. Her remarkable achievements, including winning the ICSEI/JPCC Innovation Award in 2020 and being a finalist for the Study UK alumni awards in 2019, highlight her impactful work in education and social spheres. Dr Sawalhi earned her PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Warwick in 2019, showcasing her prowess as a practitioner and a prolific researcher with publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals. She was actively involved in various organizations, co-founded Eduenterprise, launched the Educational Leadership Lab, co-founded Rushd, and is currently an assistant professor at Amman Arab University.
Dr Rania Sawalhi is also interested in career development and career guidance. She is a JCTC/JCDC and NCDA FCD instructor.
